What-are-you-going-to-commit-to-Dagmar-Bryant-Business-Coach

What are you going to commit to?

What are you going to commit to?

What would you like to do for yourself?

You can start with just doing these things for a few days, maybe even a week.

No, it doesn’t have to be something that you add to your to do list, it can be something that you become more efficient in or take away from.

Sometimes it is all about making a commitment to yourself.

Here are some examples of things that you may want to look at.

If you’re feeling that your pants are fitting a bit snugly, you might commit to having no biscuits with your cup of tea. In that way, by the end of the week, your pants will hopefully be a bit more of a comfortable fit.

You might be the type of person who prefers to work with an untidy desk and while you might know where everything is, you might like to make a commitment to keeping a tidy desk for the week.

There are so many ways that you can look at “what am I going to commit to?”

If we’re talking about your business, you might have a look at your systems and processes and you might consider a more efficient way of doing things. Because you are systemizing, you will eventually become more efficient at your processes anyway, which is a plus all around.

For your health and wellbeing, you might choose to commit to getting up 15 minutes earlier to do some exercise, meditation, yoga, or whatever makes you feel good.

In terms of your close relationships, if you have a friend who is always imposing and wanting you to do things for them, you might make a commitment to yourself and say “No” and take back some of your time and power.

What can you think of that you can commit to this week?

As a motivational speaker, my aim is to give your audience inspiration to commit to their own success and I use many real-life examples in my talks.

However, many people fear making commitments for the longer term, but in this blog are some useful ideas that you can do today and for the week.  Think of them as a way of trying them out to see if they work for you.

What have you got to lose?

The best part is that you might discover something that you will find really helpful that you can carry forward over the longer period.
